This secluded 3-bedroom, 2-bath mid-century modern home is a true oasis for those seeking a peaceful escape surrounded by wooded scenery. A lush tropical atrium is the center of the home. Home sits just above the south branch of the French Creek where there is access to the Horseshoe trail making it a fishing and hiking paradise. There is an abundance of local wildlife to experience.The wildlife population here is plentiful! It is not unusual to see species such as; White Tail Deer, Fox, Blue Herons, Hawks, Osprey and Bald Eagles. Don’t be at all surprised if you see a random Peacock gazing into the house from the glass doors during the day! At night, you will probably hear deer crossing the creek and playing in the meadow, Owls hooting, donkeys braying and ponies nickering from the small farm next door, as well as dogs barking from the local kennel (mainly at feeding time!)
For outdoor enthusiasts, our property backs up to acres of conserved protected land and is perched above the valley of the South Branch of the French Creek where you can enjoy seasonal trout fishing. You'll have easy access to the Horseshoe Trail, and a short hike will take you to Warwick Township Park, allowing you to explore the great outdoors right from your doorstep. The second bathroom serves the other 2 bedrooms, 1 with Twin size daybed with trundle which pulls out to make a queen size bed, the other bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Walk in closet and full glass wall with sliding door into the Atrium. The Atrium is the heart of the home, filled with tropical plants and flowers, herbs for your use in cooking, water fountains and a comfortable seating area to enjoy the sunlight during the day or the magical accent lighting at night. There is a full laundry room with ironing cabinet for convenience. 3 comfortable outdoor seating areas and a fire pit set up.
