Within the building you will conveniently find IGA supermarket, restaurant & gelato bar, and stroll across the road for cafes, butcher, and takeaway store.
Offering 3 large bedrooms, all with ocean views, and a 4th smaller bedroom with queen size bed. Luxurious main bathroom with huge freestanding bath, open shower, as well as ensuite to main bedroom. Open plan lounge, dinning and gourmet kitchen with César stone benchtops, induction cooking, dishwasher, wine fridge, main fridge with water and ice dispenser. Not to mention the huge wrap around balcony too.
This home has been fitted with all appliances and utensils you would ever need, including bathroom towels and linen. There are 4 wall mounted smart TVs for your entertainment, WIFI, books, games and a comfy leather lounge to relax after a day at the beach.

This property is located in the heart of Caves, and the patrolled beach. Stroll to Hams Beach, The Caves, Spoon Rocks Beach and Pinny Beach, and if you are adventurous, you can take a walk to Catherine Hills Bay along some of Australia's best coastline with the most beautiful rock pools.
All linen is supplied except beach towels.

This house is Strictly NON-SMOKING, NO FUNCTIONS/PARTIES and not available for end of school celebrations. No pets allowed. These actions will result in being asked to leave the property.
