There are two full bathrooms and two half baths, making it perfect for multiple families or a group of friends.
The bright, updated living room has plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a smart 55" TV with a digital box, PlayStation 4, and a selection of board games.
The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, and all the basic cooking and baking equipment needed for a large group.
If you are a coffee lover, you'll be delighted to find a automatic drip coffee percolator, French press, Kurig, and a coffee bean grinder.

Take in the country and coastal views, stunning sunrises and sunsets on the spacious new wrap around deck, featuring two pergolas, a comfortable seating and dining area, a barbeque, and a hammock - perfect for relaxing in the summer sun.
The SeaBreeze is Nestled on 1.5 acres of well-maintained lawn with plenty of space for outside activities. We provide a selection of recreational equipment for families to enjoy ; soccer nets, volleyball nets, badminton rackets, washer toss, trampoline, spike ball, an inflatable kayak and SUP, a assortment of beach toys and beach chairs. The selection may vary throughout the season. Please feel free to inquire.

The picturesque seaside town of Souris is just a 10-minute drive away. Without a doubt, one of the top attractions in the Souris area is Basin Head Provincial Park, named the top beach in Canada.
The park features a Fisheries Museum, a play area, concessions, a washroom and shower facility and, last but not least, a supervised, miles-long white sandy beach.
Kids and adults alike line up to jump into the deep water off the bridge that connects both sides of the beach, gliding with the current while it gently sweeps you away up to the sandy beach. All registered guests over the age of 18 must have government issued ID.
Dogs must be approved prior to your arrival.
All Dogs must be crated if they are left at the property alone.
No unregistered guest is allowed after 12am. Any overnight guests must be on the reservation. Insurance does not cover unregistered guests. If your guest number changes let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are required to report our occupancy numbers to PEI Quality Tourism.
Guest numbers MUST be accurate. Guest numbers include infants and children.
