This fully furnished light and airy 3 bedroom 2 bath home has been newly remodeled to include a granite kitchen with new appliances and all the comforts of home. The openness of the living room provides cathedral ceilings and a great view of the Sunset every night. For entertainment within the home, there is a brand new 46" LED HDTV. There is also a covered porch off the living room with a great view of the water where you can sip your morning coffee. The Master Suite has a king size bed with a flat screen 42" Smart HDTV and private full bath. The guest room has a queen size bed and features Water and Sunset Views. The second guest room is located upstairs via a spiral staircase and features 2 full and 2 twin beds.
Located at the end of a quiet, dead end street, the home sits on the corner of 2 canals with over 170 ft of water front. Dockage is onsite and can accommodate a 30' boat. For your use, we also have a private boat ramp to launch small vessels, jet skis, kayaks, zodiacs, etc. Bring your own boat or rent one from several nearby brokers. Ample room for trailer parking.
The home's location is ideal for trips to the reef and back country water. There are no bridges to encumber your direct access to the ocean. A short boat ride straight out will land you at a small reef off Newfound Harbor/Little Palm Island where you'll find a fantastic array of fish. This is a great place to get your feet wet before heading out to the World Renowned Looe Key Reef. The Most Spectacular Diving and Snorkeling in the United States! Some of the species you will most likely see will be Turtles, Goliath Groupers, Angels, Parrots and Puffers. Just a little further out to deeper water, you will encounter some of the Best Sport Fishing that only the Florida Keys can offer.
For the Landlubbers, we are ideally located a short drive from both Key West and Marathon. Within minutes, you can enjoy all the thrills of Key West's Mallory Square Entertainers at Sunset, walk the Famous Duval Street, and dine at some of the best cuisines in Florida. You can also tour the Hemingway House, Mel Fishers museum and the Key West Lighthouse or take the Trolley about town. Key West certainly offers something for everyone in your party. Heading north to Marathon, you will find great bird sanctuaries, Bahi Honda State Park and Sombrero Beach which has beach volleyball courts.
