The outdoor adventurer has easy access to natural attractions such as the Apache Trail in the Superstition Mountains, Verde and Salt Rivers and Usery Mountain Regional Park. There are many golfing choices to include the popular Coyote Run and Apache Creek courses. Cubs spring training in Sloan Park, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale and the Riparian Preserve in Gilbert are nearby and offer exciting opportunities to experience the rich and diverse East Valley.

In addition to prime location, this home is spacious, tastefully decorated and possesses many upgrades. Great room is bright, cozy and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable seating for many. Furniture is arranged for all to enjoy the large smart TV. Internet is provided.
Spacious, eat-in kitchen is well stocked for easy, stress-free meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite gourmet roast. There is table seating for 6. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The generous primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and private bath with double vanity sinks.
Second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share a full bath with a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a desk for your remote work; the third bedroom has a TV and pool view.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Closet and drawer space is ample throughout so you can move in and feel right at home.
~ OUTDOOR LIVING ~
A generous covered patio in the backyard is outfitted with a barbecue grill and comfy patio furniture for outdoor dining. Patio overlooks tranquil pool with optional heating and landscaping that showcases the essence of the Arizona desert.
Additional features to enhance your comfort are a laundry area stocked with detergent and a two-car garage for vehicles, golf clubs and recreational gear. If there will be children in the home at any point, please provide their ages.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
The pool heating fee is $55.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
