"Anthony Villa" is a luxurious, newly built villa with private pool, fully equipped for up to 10 people. The villa offers 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with two dining areas and a lovely living room with fireplace. Gym area with different equipment is provided! Ideal home for “outdoor living” with two terraces, one overlooking the pool offering sun loungers and one more with outdoor dining area, barbecue and swinging sofa! A couple of minutes from the beach and Chania!
This 180m2 newly built villa is fully equipped and able to accommodate comfortably up to 10 people! The villa offers three double bedrooms on the first floor sharing one large bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table and the main dining room overlooking the pool. A WC with shower is available on this level. 8 people can sleep on beds, 1 on a sofa bed and 1 on a couch.
In the lower level, there is one more private double bedroom as well as a lounge area with a three seater sofa and gym area with different training equipment.

The Villa is situated in the center of Galatas small town offering supermarket, pharmacy cafes, and restaurants. At just 1km away you can reach the nearest organized beaches of Kalamaki, Agioi Apostoloi and Chrysi Akti, where you can find a wide range of beach bars, restaurants, many shops, and services.
The city of Chania is just 12 minutes away by car or by bus. Our villa is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.

Our Villa offers four spacious modern bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Fresh and clean linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay!

There is a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower on the first floor. One smaller bathroom with WC and shower is located on the ground level. All kinds of essentials and towels provided by us for our guests. A washing machine is available.
• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day.
• Living Room
The living room has one lounge area with two comfortable sofas and cable TV.. If you are a wintertime visitor you can also relax and keep warm in front of the energy efficient fireplace. There is also a main dining room with an extra sofa and great views of the garden and pool area. One more living room with three seater sofa and lounge area with gym equipment is located on the lower level.

Our Villa is surrounded by two different terraces to offer you moments of relaxation and privacy. On the front side, you will find outdoor furniture like a dining table with chairs, outdoors swinging sofa and a stone built barbecue.
On the back side, you can relax in your private swimming pool or sunbathe on the sun loungers. Both sides are ideal for enjoying your drinks and meals or just relaxing under the shade on a summer noon. The villa is fenced and totally safe if you are travelling with children.
