Pass-a-Grille (the southern tip of St Pete Beach) has a quaint downtown and brightly colored cottages are reminiscent of artist's colonies. The neighborhood has colorful cottages most built in the 1920's on an island only 5 house wide. There are 10 restaurants in walking distance and the house comes with two beach cruiser bikes so cars are not needed. The gradual drop-off of the firm sand into the low waves makes for nice swimming for kids and miles of excellent walking or jogging at sunrise or sunset. Sunset sails, horseback riding on the beach, boat & wave runner rentals or fishing and golf are all close by- just ask me if you are interested in something locally!
