Inside this warm and inviting cottage, you'll find an open concept living and dining area with comfortable furniture and seating for all at the dining table to enjoy a classic Lobster dinner! The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances, a serving window to the dining room, and a view of the deck, yard, and ocean through the trees. Down the hallway, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and a shared full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Also on the first floor is the Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and a newly renovated master bathroom with a walk-in stone and glass shower. Upstairs, you'll find another spacious and comfortable living room with plenty of seating, a table, a flat screen TV with cable, and access to the rooftop deck. You will love the gorgeous views of the ocean as the sun rises over the spruce tops in the morning, as well as enjoying your favorite drinks in the evening, listening to the waves crash upon the ledges in the distance.
