This beautiful waterfront home not only has a dock so you can bring your boat or rent one -- but is is also walking/biking distance to the beach.
This home is pristine -- comes with 4 Beach Cruiser Bicycles, a Billiards Room, & a ping pong table (separate from the Billiards table).

We advertise on multiple websites and booking engines and DO NOT SYNC OUR Calendars. Therefore, the VRBO Calendar could show open when in fact, the property has been booked on another site.
We are constantly adding properties to our inventory, so there may be something else available.

This lovely home has gorgeous views of the water from ALL of the COMMON AREAS and most of the bedrooms.
If you love to cook -- this is definitely the home for you -- as it has an amazing 'cooks' kitchen and large BBQ
We have paid attention to all of the details you would want to experience in a home away from home. Soft towels, luxurious bed linens, plenty of outdoor patio furniture for sunning, lounging and outdoor dining, a Sonos Sound system to enjoy great music, a wonderful Genesis Bar-B-Que, a Billiards Room, Ping Pong Table, Bicycles for exploring, conversation areas, two family room areas, and even a desk with a printer IF you must work.
Should you wish to book two or more weeks, we do offer a discount for multiple weeks and monthly as well.
No discounts for Holiday Bookings.
There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance - and even more within a 5 to 10 minute drive.
There are several houses of worship within walking distance.
The dock has both water and electric.
Our pool is heated and saltwater.
Since you will be spending most of your time outside, we want you to know -- there is indeed plenty of outdoor furniture whether you are sunning, dining, enjoying a sunset, or conversation under the gazebo.
Inside the garage you will find a full size ping pong table where you can play -- or you can move it to pool side.
And there are 4 great bicycles (locks included) which make it fun and easy to explore the beach areas.
This is a home to be enjoyed and where you will make memories year after year.
This home is well located to lots of fun activities -- whether it's the beach, parks,, tennis, basketball, golf, marinas, museums, IMAX Theatre, or perhaps you would like to take advantage of our assistance in booking some of the following services:

When you come to the 'Castle Escape,' you will find it is in a quiet neighborhood, yet is close to all the amenities of shopping, spas, golf, tennis and fine & casual dining -- all within minutes of your own personal resort.
MINIMUM STAYS AND HOLIDAY DATES:
For the 2023 - 2024 Holiday Season -- at this property and our others -- the December Holiday weeks are broken into two specific date ranges:
Christmas Week -- Starting December 16 and checking out December 26 (note if you want more days, you can check in early)
New Year's week December 27 - January 3rd and as late as January 6.
All Holiday (Easter, Passover, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Boat Show, etc) weeks are minimum 7 night stays as are January through August.
Please note that ALL Pricing is based on 10 guests and 7 nights -- more than 10 guests will incur additional charges for both the stay and housekeeping. Extended stays will be additional fees for housekeeping (as well as guests).
For a few weeks during the year we do offer the option of a minimum 4 night Stay -- this is generally during September through mid November. (please note the price is not pro-rated from the weekly price -- you do pay a premium).
We have a zero cancellation policy even during the pandemic. Should someone in your family become ill, we will reschedule your dates, provided you can provide a doctor's letter. Unfortunately, if your travel dates fall during a Holiday week, we cannot reschedule your dates. We will do our best to give you a week during our slow season but there will be no refunds for a difference in pricing.
All rentals are plus 13% tax, an exit cleaning fee, and if you pay by credit card, there will be a 4% convenience fee charged. International travelers have have VAT and it is closer to 10%. When you have more than 10 guests, there will be an additional additional flat charge of $1,500 to $3,000 depending upon the number of guests and an additional EXIT fee based on number of guests. Please note for all stays longer than 7 nites, there is an 'extended stay' cleaning fee.
Please note there are NO CANCELLATIONS -- yes even in the Pandemic. No Cancellations and NO REFUNDS is our regular policy. We have loosened our policy should someone in your party become sick (which would require a doctor's note), that we would reschedule your travel dates to a mutually agreeable time.
Please make sure dates dates are good with all people traveling, once reservations are booked, we have a no refund policy.
Our Handyman Team -- has been with us longer 17 years -- they come on a moment's notice if there happens to be a glitch.
