The Sandy Suite at Kato Agios Markos village, offers luxury moments in a spacious one area bedroom with living - dining room. For extra relaxation it features jacuzzi - hot tub in a large stylish bathroom! The apartment is brand new and decorated with minimal style and artistic texture wall which imitates a sandy seabed. The atmosphere will rejuvenate your spirit and soul.
The Sandy Suite features one double bed and a big double sofa bed where four people will enjoy a good night sleep. The entire apartment is a semi-basement flat with plenty of direct sun light through its large windows. The functional kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle and all the necessary utensils. There is also a washing machine which you can use freely, iron, iron board and hair dryer. Last but not list there is free Wi-Fi and a smart 43'' 4K TV.
You can use freely all the flat's indoor spaces and the front patio with wooden table and comfortable chairs. There is free parking space in front of the apartment on the public road.

We are keeping the proposed by health authorities, safety time slot between arrivals. All housekeepers and inspectors wear protective masks and gloves when cleaning the house. All linens, towels and laundry are cleaned at a commercial-grade laundry. We eliminate excess contact and minimize potential spread of germs by bagging dirty linen during transport. We disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and staff come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitize soft surfaces and upholstery. Housekeepers re-wash all kitchen utensils, between arrivals.

Our suite is located at the main square of the village opposite the health center. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is very convenient as a base to explore the island.
At the beachfront road of Ipsos, you will find all sorts of shops, as well as taverns to taste the Corfu cuisine. There are many other dining options such as gourmet restaurants, international cuisine restaurants and snack bars. You can enjoy water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet and sea skiing, sea kayaking or you can rent a boat to visit endless secluded beaches. From the port of Ipsos depart daily organized cruises.
For nature lovers, you can enjoy hiking or horse riding through the olive groves of the area. At nearby Kato Korakiana village you can visit the branch of the National Gallery of Corfu with permanent painting exhibition.
There is regular bus service from Ipsos beach to Corfu town every twenty minutes.
