Sandpiper Beach House was recently built on a large lot, in a quiet beachfront subdivision. Directly across the laneway is a deeded access to miles of a white sandy, private, beach. The local beach is perfect for swimming, beachcombing, strolls, kayaking with the 2 Kayaks provided, and much more!
As you drive in the yard of this location, notice the deck which has rope as its banisters. It is ship rope that came from the coast guard in a trade for some other “materials” that cannot be mentioned. Inside, you will find an open concept, nautical themed layout on the main floor that features the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with laundry. With a full frontal of windows on the main floor you will enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of St Lawrence from all angles! Inside the kitchen you will find a unique island which is made from windows of an old school house. Suspended directly above the island is a pot/pan holder which is actually an old wooden ladder. Don’t miss the incredible sea glass collection which can be visible inside one of the coffee tables in the living room.
Upstairs you can find three additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. The master features a queen bed, and an oceanside walkout balcony! Another upper bedroom features a double bed, while the third has two twin beds. All of the floor upstairs is reclaimed from an old orphanage.
Sandpiper Beach House is only 25 minutes from Charlottetown, which offers guests shopping, groceries, restaurants, hospital/pharmacies, nightclubs, banks, gas stations, and much more! You are also within minutes of popular tourist attractions including golf, and deep sea fishing!

Outside, you can choose to relax in the covered screened in porch to enjoy the fresh air, ocean breeze, and unforgettable views. You may also choose to relax on the upper or lower front deck! The large yard gives kids and adults alike lots of room to play summer traditional games, or you can socialize around the fire pit in the evenings roasting marshmallows. Take a look around for the large rocking chair which is mostly made from wooden bed posts, and the circular yellow tables that are beside it, which were formally cable spools.
