Set on the stunning Bellarine Peninsula, 13th Beach Golf Links is famously known for its two award winning courses, with first class conditioning all year round. With a modern Clubhouse and great facilities, whether you’re a golfer, or simply want to admire the views, visiting 13th Beach is a must. This exclusive estate has direct access to 13th Beach via a private beach track, and is only minutes away from café’s and boutiques in Barwon Heads.
Be inspired by the elegance, uniqueness and character of ‘Samphire Sanctuary’. Two living areas, exceptional poolside outdoor living, a sublime master suite and 3 additional bedrooms offer resort-style luxury. From the limestone, sand and clay rammed earth walls of the master bedroom, to the Blackbutt deck and Silvertop Ash exterior cladding, this property expresses a warm neutral palette of materials that draw inspiration from the local area. Windows frame glorious views that reflect the light and invite the landscape inside, highlighting the pool at the heart of this design.
The verdant landscape is seemingly endless, with big sky views that change with every hour and provide a playground for nearby skydivers... The well-stocked kitchen features high quality Smeg appliances (dual combination wall ovens/gas cooking/dishwasher), instant filtered and sparkling water tap and a Nespresso coffee pod machine – all of which make cooking feel like a holiday. The beautifully finished butler’s pantry and adjoining laundry ensure the ‘engine room’ of the house is as heavenly as every other room (washing machine and clothes dryer included).
Dine at the 8-seater timber dining table or enjoy casual meals at the brekky bar. This central living space brings everyone together to luxuriate on a large sofa that will comfortably seat your entire family for movie nights (Smart TV-Netflix connectivity). A double-sided fireplace takes pride of place, so you can enjoy the flickering of dancing flames from both sides, while floor-to-ceiling linen drapes create romantic, filtered light. Ducted heating and cooling provide total climate throughout.
A separate living room provides private rest, or space for games and movies. Choose from heaps of board games in the rumpus room, or watch your favourite movies (Smart TV-Netflix connectivity). Sliding doors flow to the deck and lawn, but please note for young children that there is no fencing to the extended land and golf course.
