The Sagebrush Bungalow is a 935 square foot newly built home perched on nearly two untouched acres of perfect desert landscape. This property was created to be the perfect modern desert hideaway for travelers from all over the world.
Wake up to the sunrise with towering 10 foot windows, stargaze from the private hot tub surrounded by lush desert flora and hang out by the fire pit under the stars. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for home cooked meals that can be enjoyed on the expansive deck with unforgettable views of the desert and JT village below.
Each of the two bedrooms has a Keetsa King sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. They are located on opposite ends of the house for optimum privacy. The open floor plan living area includes a 55” LG 4K OLED flat screen with streaming TV for cozy movie nights in.
Come for the weekend or stay a while in our lovingly curated homestead. The house has high speed WiFi for working from home and parking for multiple cars.

When you're ready to explore Joshua Tree, hop in your car — the center of town, including gems like Joshua Tree Saloon, Crossroads Cafe and Country Kitchen, is only 4 minutes away. Plus, the park entrance is less than a ten minute drive. There are few experiences as dreamy as the park's rugged rock formations and stark desert landscape. Our home is also centrally located between Pioneertown, Landers and Twentynine Palms. Your opportunities for relaxation and adventure are limitless with the entire High Desert within reach.

Sagebrush Bungalow is cooled and heated by mini splits in each room to keep you comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no outside wood burning fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.
• HOT TUB - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool.
• ENTIRE PROPERTY
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the property, of its contents including but not limited to the pool, spa, fire place, showers, property grounds, hammocks, day bed or any other part of the property included in this rental.
• ADDED SERVICES
By booking any of the available add-ons the renter understands they are not affiliated with the property owner and/or property manager, and the guest/renter agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and/or property manager for any and all claims related to any third party activities.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
• IDENTITY VERIFICATION
You will receive a text or email from Guest Ranger that will ask you to verify your identity and submit a picture of a government issued ID and a selfie. This information will be used to verify that the booking guest matches the credit card used and to help reduce any issues with identity theft. This process is mandatory to complete the booking. The data is protected in a hash-encrypted vault following data security standards including GDPR. Data-input in the vault is encrypted in a two-way function where information is scrambled using an encryption key and unscrambled later using a decryption key. On top of that, we use hashing to add an extra layer of security using a one-way function where a unique message digest is generated from an input file or a string of text. No keys are used.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
