Sabina on Little Myers provides a sophisticated base for exploring Geelong, the Bellarine and the Great Ocean Road offering privacy with all the comforts of home. Sabina's greatest charm is her location; from the front door it's only a short stroll to all of Geelong's inner-city and waterfront attractions (including churches for brides). For the visiting professionals, the hospitals, courts and offices are all within walking distance, making Sabina ideal as a midweek week work base, or a year-round getaway for those wanting to escape work.
Built in 1897 this Victorian house has been renovated with a modern flair but still retains the charm, elegance and character of the home of its era. From the front door you enter into the passage. This is where many photographers love to take photos of the bride, bridal party and family with the light shining through the coloured lead light entrance and the front veranda with its wrought iron lace work also a favourite back drop for many wedding photos.
Whether you are in Geelong for a special occasion, business or on holidays, Sabina on Little Myers is a home away from home. Comfortable cosy beds to snuggle into, a soothing spa bath in the main bathroom and soft robes, slippers and towels provided for total relaxation. The lounge room is separate from the kitchen and meals area. This gives a quiet space to snuggle up in front of the gas log fire; watch TV/DVD, read books, listen to music or peruse through the brochures and magazines on things to see and do while in Geelong. Internet is also available at the house at no extra cost.
The kitchen is modern with all the appliances and equipment you find at home. The dining area looks out of the large glass doors onto a veranda and into a lovely manicured garden with a BBQ area and outdoor setting. The property is securely fenced with a lockable gate. Ideal for keeping young children, pets and vehicles parked safely off the street. There is a single garage in the backyard, ideal for a small car or extra storage such as bikes, fishing gear, sailing gear. The backyard can accommodate up to three vehicles.

SERVICES
All bookings include free internet.
Linen and towels, dressing gowns and slippers are provided as well as a light continental breakfast for the first morning together with light refreshments and chocolates on arrival.
Cot hire is available (includes linen & blankets) $50 per reservation.
Complimentary weekly cleaning for stays longer than one week.
PARKING
Off street parking is available in the backyard for up to three cars including a single garage. Two hour street parking is also available from Mon-Sat 9.00am to 5.30pm and all day parking Sunday.
ACCESS
You can arrive any time after 2.00 pm.
There are times when we can arrange an earlier check in or later check out depending on other bookings at the time. Please feel free to make a request at the time of your enquiry/booking.

Christmas/New Year - minimum stay 7 nights
Australia Day Weekend/Festival of Sails - minimum stay 4 nights
Easter - minimum stay 4 nights.

The happy occasion of our son's wedding was our reason to be here. Sabina proved to be very convenient and very comfortable. Our small dog was so pleased that she was able to stay with us. The house was immaculate and well appointed with many unexpected extras. Superbly presented. Family who called in the day after the wedding were most impressed.
