This is a beautiful house in the countryside near s’Horta (Felanitx). It has capacity for 6 people and stunning views.
There are 3 spacious double bedrooms, all of them with views to the terrace and the sea. There are 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is the perfect place for families or groups of friends.
In the living-room there are comfortable sofas where you will be able to relax watching satellite TV or surfing the Internet (WIFI). There is also a big dining table, so you can organize a meal with your family. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday. You can also cook at the BBQ outdoors!
The exteriors are fantastic: enjoy the landscape from one of the terraces, swim in the private salty pool, sunbathe or organize your dinners under the furnished porch. A few meters from the house there is a parking area with space for 6 cars.
The area where the house is located is very quiet; it is an ideal place to spend your holiday surrounded by nature. The house is located in a large plot which is surrounded by the Mediterranean countryside. Near the house you will find lots of little paths where you can ride your bike or go for a stroll. The beach is also very close: Cala Sa Nau is only 3,6 km far from the house.
The house is only 500 metres from s'Horta, a little village where you will be able to find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and some shops. S'Horta is a traditional town settle with a mix of locals and people from around the world.
By car you can easily get to Mondragó Natural Park (15 min), Es Trenc or Colònia de Sant Jordi (20 min). The city of Palma is just 60 minutes from s'Horta; there you will find a great leisure offer that includes culture, history and modernity. If you like golf, you are lucky! Vall d'Or Golf Course is only 2.4 km from the house.
