8 Schlafzimmer Haus in Engelberg
Our rustic-style wooden guesthouse with 8 bedrooms could host up to 16 adults (+6 children).
Located right at the entrance to the city of Engelberg, with a view over Titlis (3,020m) with a lot of morning/afternoon sun.
With a spacious 26 seat dining area (former restaurant) on ground floor, and bedrooms on 1st & 2nd floors
Particularly suited for sports events & family/friends gatherings, summer camps, scouts, etc
Ground floor: Large fully equipped kitchen (was a former restaurant), dining area, toilets and a "zaal" to store ski equipment.
There’s 26 seats in the dining room area.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms (2 of which with mountain views) & 1 shared bathroom
2nd floor has identical layout (4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom).
All 8 rooms have two single twin beds which can be joined together and converted into one king-size bed, providing the flexibility of separate sleeping spaces (if it's not a couple) or a king-size bed (for couples). If the group is larger than 16, bear in mind there's sofas in some rooms, which could be used for small children. And/or we could provide extra mattresses if there's children who don't mind sleeping on the floor.
In principle you'd use the kitchen yourselves and prepare your own meals as a group. However, if you prefer to have breakfast and/or dinner served, it's possible provided you give enough notice.
Breakfast: 25 CHF per person for standard continental/Irish breakfast. Dinner: 30-40 CHF per person, depending on the desired meal.
There's an extra independent chalet at the back of the guesthouse, which we could make available if someone needs their own space, or extra rooms. In total 70m2 and can host up to 6 people.

Guesthouse is situated at 1,000m altitude and we are located just a few meters off the main street as you enter Engelberg. Free parking next to the guesthouse.

15m walking to the ski lifts to Titlis
18m walk to the train station
20m walking to Coop supermarket
While a car is not strictly necessary, it helps to get around in the city, shopping, etc
Each bedroom has new box spring beds and cable TV in each individual room (with 50+ channels, BBC, CNN, etc) and wi-fi
Cleaning and baby-sitters available with appropriate notice.
Washer and dryer available on site. Bed linen and towels provided. Baby crib/sit available too.
Small amenities provided too: Olive oil, salt/pepper, herbs, toilet paper, shampoos, shower-gel, etc
If group is larger than 22 and up to 30, we have an extra Chalet (200 meters away) with another 5 available bedrooms, which we could consider making it available for the extra guests.
There's free-parking just in front of guesthouse

Ski-room storage available in the zaal (next to restaurant)
The guesthouse is exclusively for the group, so you won't encounter anyone else there.
My father-in-law lives a few minutes away from the guesthouse .. and will happily receive the guests as well as help, should any issue arise.
