The house is located in the Occitanie region in the Ariège department, in the town of Taurignan castet (near Saint Girons).
It is with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees, and in a haven of tranquility that you will relax, without any other noise other than the bells of the cows. You can have lunch or enjoy the sun on the large panoramic terrace of over 110 m2 facing due south, part of which is in the shade of the trees and the other part in the sun. You will have garden tables and chairs, and two barbecue.
You can enjoy more than 3000 m2 of garden with trees, equipped with a swing and a small house for children. You will find everything you need for your baby on site.
The garden is surrounded by meadows and woods where you can walk.
It is a large detached house of 305 m2 and 7 bedrooms facing the Pyrenees plus a garage of 51 m2, of which you will be the only occupants. It is organized on 2 levels:

Large fitted kitchen: fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, plate with 3 gas and 1 electric, 2 coffee makers, toaster, kettle, table and chairs.

Saint Girons, its famous market and all its trade is a little further and is 12km away. Formerly the Couseran, a picturesque parade of old machines, takes place on the first weekend in August in Saint Girons.
The house is also an excellent starting point for all hikes to the Lez Valley and Bethmale.
