Our home is a Vegas destination like no other! With space for up to 13 guests among 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, the most challenging choice you’ll make during your stay is whether to stay in and enjoy the endless entertainment options we offer, or go out to experience all the fun the city has to offer. We’re conveniently located only 7.3 miles from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip!
Inside, enjoy selfie stations all throughout the home, perfect for capturing memories of your once in a lifetime experience at our place. The living room area has been transformed into your own private Karaoke Lounge with plenty of room to dance (DJ light included!). The newly renovated kitchen has fully equipped stainless steel appliances, including a stove with convection oven and griddle cooktop, granite countertops, a spacious breakfast bar, and dining nook with table for eight guests.
Challenge your group to a friendly game of pool inside our billiards room, which also has a Smart TV, perfect for watching the big game! Our garage was converted into a game room with two arcade games, a video poker machine for fun (it does not pay out) and a poker table! ($10 in quarters provided for video poker)
We also have our own Karaoke area with a stage with DJ lights and dance floor! To complete the experience, you will find a fully-stocked bar with a variety of glasses and glassware for all your drinking preferences, a mini fridge, and freezer, as well as neon lighting, to enhance the music atmosphere.
Outside, an amazing resort-style paradise awaits! Huge sparkling private swimming pool, heated spa, BBQ area, outdoor dining table with built-in gas firepit, and so much more. Take a dip to beat the heat, enjoy drinks with family and friends while firing up the grill, or play a game of cornhole. No expense was spared to ensure you have an absolutely amazing stay with us!

Pets (two dogs max) are welcome for a $150 fee. Please note:
1. We must be advised in advance if you are bringing pets and the fees must be paid prior to check-in. Exceptions apply for service animals, but proof that your pet is a service animal must be provided.
2. You must clean up after your pets including bagging any waste in the yard or common areas. Cleaning up pet waste or excessive hair could result in additional cleaning fees.
3. Pets must not be left unattended at the property.
4. Pets must be leashed in areas accessible to other people.
5. Any aggressive behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors could result in fines or eviction.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $2,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
