Kings Meadows, located 5 kilometres south of Launceston city, is known for its solid 1950’s homes and the beautiful new homes on the hill. The Kings Meadows shopping precinct is one of the largest in Launceston, offering both a Coles and Woolworths, gift shops, delicious cafes and eateries, a fish and chip shop, many amenities and much more.
Looking for some entertainment? The Entombed Escape Rooms are nestled within the area. Enjoy solving your way out of a room full of clues, while racing the clock! Do not be fooled, this isn't as simple as it sounds. Just nearby is the Launceston Lanes Tenpin Bowling Alley. Only 7 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge, a spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! Please note that while the pool is not heated, it is comfortably maintained at a pleasant temperature.
External security cameras are located in the backyard and 2 over the front entrance. The camera's are turned on and recording at all times.
We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.
