An electric upright piano and wood-burning fireplace provide allure in the family room. A convenient office includes desk space, a shredder, and an all-in-one printer. The theater room has blackout curtains and an 86" smart TV. Mix a drink at the adjacent wet bar, detailed with a beverage fridge, microwave, and ice maker. The impressive chef's kitchen includes a full suite of appliances and a wine fridge. Gather for meals at the breakfast nook or in the stately dining room.

The open pool house layout presents a dining and living area with a smart TV. The wet bar is configured with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The home gym is equipped with a step and elliptical machine, treadmill, smart TV, sauna, half bath, and outdoor walk-in shower.

Five suites and two guest bedrooms await you, providing comfortable spaces to retreat and relax throughout the day. Most rooms have outdoor access for greater convenience.

Take a dip in the unheated free-form beach entry, eight-foot-deep pool, a reverse-osmosis masterpiece with a waterslide and a hot tub. Surrounded by spots to lounge or dine alfresco, the outdoor kitchen has a pizza oven, a large gas grill, and an outdoor wood-burning fireplace. The lighted championship tennis court has an all-weather surface and converts into a full basketball court. Stroll the manicured grounds, rose garden, and orchards from which you are welcome to pick fruit. Enjoy Ojai's famous "pink moment" as the sun sets over the Topatopa Mountains.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
