• RENTAL AGREEMENT
There will be a rental agreement sent out that will need a signature to complete the reservation
• CAMERA
Outdoor driveway facing recording camera for safety and security. Never inside of the home.
The property has a security camera or recording device capable of recording or sending video, audio, or still images. We require hosts to inform guests of any such camera or device located in a common area—even if it will be turned off during a guest's stay. We prohibit security cameras or recording devices in private spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas.
• PETS
Dogs and are allowed. There is a $30 per dog one time fee.
• DIRECTIONS
GPS should bring you easily to the property
• ROAD TO THE HOUSE
The road to the house is all paved to get to the property.
• POOL
Currently, the pool is not heated so if you are booking this home in the colder months, please be aware of this. Usually in the summer the pool will be better 70s- mid 80s.
• POOL SLIDE
The pool slide does not turn on. You are welcome to use at your own risk but agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool slide.
• A/C & Heater
The house is cooled and heated by central heating and air conditioning through the house to keep you comfortable all year long.
• FIRE
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside is allowed.
If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.
• HOT TUB + POOL - legal
Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and hot tub.
• GUESTS
You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
By renting this property, guest acknowledges that they have read, understand and accept the terms listed above.
• DEPOSIT
We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!
