Perched atop a hill, you'll be treated to breathtaking views of the Tamar River. The property boasts six bedrooms, three living areas and beautiful gardens.
Cosy up next to the wood fire, relax on the patio, enjoy a game of pool, or soak up the scenery. There's something for everyone to enjoy!
The Space:
After driving along the picturesque roads that border the beautiful Tamar River, you will find entry to the property up a gravel driveway. Arrive at a large turning circle, where you'll find plenty of room to park your vehicles. Sitting atop a hill and overlooking the Tamar River, you'll be treated to some of the best views in the region.
You enter into the main living area, where the views continue. Here, you'll discover a cosy fireplace to snuggle up next to, comfortable seating to relax in, and a smart TV for your entertainment.
The spacious outdoor patio is just a step away, accessible from the front of the house or the living/dining room. This outdoor haven features an toasty fireplace, a dining suite for al fresco dining, and a BBQ for outdoor cooking.
Moving into the open kitchen and dining area, you'll notice the kitchen's fully-appointed charm. With a gas stove, a generous island bench, contemporary appliances and all the essentials and cookware you might need. There's two dining settings. One sits beneath a sun-soaked glass atrium, providing the perfect spot to bask in the sunlight. The other near the patio exit.
Down the hallway, you'll find two more separate living areas. One offers comfy sofas and a TV, perfect for a cosy movie night. The other is focused on entertainment, featuring a pool table for endless fun and games.
Past the living spaces is a bathroom and laundry. The bathroom features a bathtub, walk in shower and the privacy of a separate toilet. The laundry holds all you require, inclusive of a washing machine, dryer and other essentials.
Four bedrooms are found on this floor. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and ample storage space for your belongings. And, of course, the master suite adds a nice touch of luxury with an attached ensuite.
Located upstairs are two bedrooms. One features a queen-sized bed, while the other has a queen and a single bed for added flexibility. Nestled in-between these two rooms is a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
The backyard is a wonderland, complete with an array of beautifully manicured plants, trees, hedges, and even some native wildlife. As you explore, you'll come across charming features like an old chook house, outdoor amenities, bench seats, and more.
If you have kids, they'll have a blast running around, and they might even stumble upon the fully furnished, two-story cubby house. Best of all, it's all ready for you to enjoy at your own pace.

Please note that the driveway is bitumen with a white gravel loose covering. There is plenty of space for several cars to park, so long as you are on a hard surface such as in the garage, the parking area down towards the back of the property, or in the horseshoe driveway.
As this is a farm stay property, in a private location, we have no need for curtains. There is additionally an abundance of native wildlife who visit from time to time, including possums, birds, wallabies and a large range of birdlife.
Guests are more than welcome to explore and utilise the extensive gardens; however, please do NOT enter the farm, paddocks. These areas contain cattle and electric fencing. Additionally, please do not enter the neighbours land which is located to the right of the driveway with horses.
For safety reasons, please ensure that fire screens remain in front of all fires.
