The house sits on the Cacapon River which is (about 15 minutes) to downtown Berkeley Springs. When you pull into the driveway, the river view will allow you to begin to relax. Meander up to the first floor and open the door to a beautiful living space that looks out directly to the river.
Living, dining and kitchen areas all share the same space so you can connect with your friends and or family while cooking, playing games, or watching tv. Surf the internet via Starlink high speed access. In cooler weather enjoy the wood burning stove for warmth and cozy ambiance.
Primary bedroom featuring a king sized bed and large screen TV has access to the screened in deck and looks out to the river. The bed has Luxe sheets as well as upscale bed coverings and pillows. Sleep in absolute comfort in all of the rooms.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and features a work area. Rooms has an eclectic vibe with Luxe linens adorning this bed as well.
Black out curtains are used in all of the bedrooms so you can sleep in as long as you like. Each bedroom has its own mini split HVAC to ensure the perfect temperature for sleeping.

Two breweries and a winery, as well as downtown Berkeley Springs are only short drive away. Admire the rolling country roads and panoramic views while traveling to town. Enjoy a day trip to Old Town Winchester, VA, Harpers Ferry or Bedford PA, all perfect for a day trip. Plenty of hiking trails are available at the state park. No matter what you choose to do, this home is a wonderful getaway.
