River Suite 3 sits on the bank of the Ohio River. It was built in the 1930s & completely remodeled in 2024. Located in Downtown Russell (DTR) where you can stroll down historic brick streets and a in short 1/2 mile you can be shopping, drinking and eating or even getting a massage at one of our amazing DTR businesses. We're also only 10 mins to downtown Ashland. 15mins to Camp Landing Entertainment Complex for family fun. And it’s only 20 mins to Huntington WV.
Located in historic Downtown Russell (DTR) you have the chance to experience “small town America” on the river. You get to stroll down beautiful brick streets and in a 1/2 mile as you walk along the river’s edge you can be shopping, eating & drinking or even getting a massage.

- KEEP IN MIND that this building is almost 100 years old. While it comes with its stunning nostalgic qualities it also has the creaking floors and can carry noises from unit to unit to remind you she's beautiful, yet aged. So please be respectful of your neighbors as you'd surely want the same from others.
We are located in a small riverside community where our neighbors are our friends.
You can refer to the hundreds of reviews from our other properties and understand that as hosts we will do everything we can to ensure you have in incredible experience.
- Parking is limited. 2 spots are available on street only in non yellow painted areas. Do not park in the driveway that is for the main unit downstairs. We do have some other arrangements we can discuss to accommodate additional vehicles.
Enter thru the main door downstairs and climb the stairs. Until 3 is the top right unit. Access is via a digital lock that we will send the code out prior to arrival.

Being located in Downtown Russell (DTR) you’ll get to experience the relaxing lifestyle of not only being on RIVERTIME, but also “small town America” that millions dream about being part of. You’ll see kids riding bikes. People walking their dogs. People sitting on their front porches and waving to neighbors as they drive by. We also have “Ferry St.” where you can shop, eat, drink and create MEMORIES. It's all only a few minutes walk (1/2 mile away) along the riverbank. Eridanus Brewing and Dragonfly Cafe also located in DTR just had their 2nd bday and they are a local favorite. We're also blessed to have The Nest Spa. A luxurious full service spa with an amazing team. Please start the booking process as soon as possible because they stay full. Again, all of that and several other unique shops are just a beautiful stroll away.
Take a walk down Riverside Dr and see more of the amazing scenic views. Don’t be afraid to take your dogs too. As long as they play well with others because there’s always people out taking their best friends for a walk.
We offer a “WORK FREE CHECKOUT”. Meaning the only thing we ask you to do is to put the dirty towels in the tub. Yep, that’s it. Don’t even make the beds or take out the trash. We got it all!!

- River Suite 3 is part of a 3 unit complex. There is a chance that you could hear other guest's activities such as but not limited to talking, tv and/or music. We ask that you be considerate of your neighbors. This is a very old building that's been remodeled. There are creaks and squeaks in some areas as you walk thru your beautiful River Suite.
- River Suite 3 is located in a small riverside community where our neighbors, are friends. River Suite 3's elevated deck gives a stunning view of the beautiful Ohio River. This back deck is NOT a shared space.
- Parking is limited.
Each River Suite has different accommodations.
River Suite 3 has 2 on street parking. There is not an exact parking designation, but is limited to 2 spots directly across from the building. If there is a need for additional parking we will need to discuss it before arrival.
Our goal is to provide a property where our guests, neighbors and property are all respected. To achieve these goals we ask the following: 1. Follow the parking rules. Contact us for additional spots after the initial two allowed. 2. Be aware that noise carries especially outside. Quiet time outside is at 9pm Sunday to Thrusday. It's 10pm on Friday and Saturday.
