This two-bedroom, riverfront townhome sits at the end of its row in a park-like woodland setting at the water's edge. Bring along your fly rod and fish for trout and bass, or simply spend your days relaxing on the spacious deck and balcony overlooking the river. The surrounding area is a wonderland for rafting, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, and visiting orchards and vineyards. The heart of East Ellijay is less than a mile west, central Ellijay is less than two miles northwest, and downtown Blue Ridge offers even more shopping and dining 15 miles north.
The house brings a modern sense of style to the most classic of North Georgia settings. After a day of exploring, unwind by the stacked stone fireplace, find a game or a movie to watch on TV, or play cards at the bistro table with a floor-to-ceiling view.
When you're not dining out in town, use all-stainless steel kitchen appliances to prepare your favorite meals and sit down to enjoy them in the large dining room.
