The property does have a caretaker onsite that has their own private entrance and parking space. They will not interfere with guests or have any access to the home, but will say a friendly hello if you cross paths.

Pet Policy
This home may allow one dog under 50 lb with written managers approval and there will be a pet fee, dogs must not be left unattended in the home, they must be in a crate.
There will be an additional pet fee of $35 per night applied to the reservation.
Airbnb guests that are bringing an approved dog will be sent a special payment request for any nights beyond the one night fee assessed.
Pet fee must be paid in full prior to your arrival. We ask that dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in any beds.
Dog must be approved in writing by MVP to be on the premises. We do not allow any pit bull, rottweiler or doberman breeds.
