Welcome to The River Bend Abode, the adventure travelers dream! This condo is Unit B, which is 1 of 3 units on the property that’s located right outside of Huntsville City limits, only 1/8 of a mile from the Tennessee River. Do you work at Redstone Arsenal, this property is only 3 miles to the Gate-3 entrance. It is also close to Monte Sano state park hiking, the Go Far USA Park, biking trails at Bell Mountain Park green way and Screaming Eagle Aerial Zip lining at Lake Guntersville. Only a short drive to the medical district & downtown Huntsville nightlife too.
This craftsman style brick home was fully remodeled in 2021! Within your private entrance, you will find a 2 bedroom condo with 1 Queen bed & 1 Twin bed, it also has 1 bathroom, a full-size kitchen, quaint living room with fold out futon sofa and a bonus oversized patio.
Kitchen: The chef kitchen features solid wood shaker cabinets & granite countertops, full-size appliances, a coffee station, natural light, stocked pan/dishes and utensils!
Bathroom: The bathroom has an access for both bedrooms through a hallway keeping both bedrooms use private. It features a full-size acrylic tub, shower, storage closet updated modern ceramic tile and an oversized vanity with granite top.
Living Room: The living room seats about 3-5 people and has a large 4k Smart TV with some streaming services available to you, Disney+, ESPN+ HULU and live channels. Note* Living room sofa is not a pullout sleeper sofa, it is a fold down futon sofa, there is also a desk with direct connection to the internet.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom features a Queen size bed with large closet and a TV for your private enjoyment. Expect a few extra pillows and throws for cold nights! The second bedroom has a wooden frame twin bed, a private tv too. Both rooms have memory foam mattresses / toppers and 100% cotton sheets for your comfort.
Porch and Patio: Wind down with your dinners on the private patio off the back of the home, but don’t bring Fido, the fence is not fully enclosed. The yard is a small low maintenance greenery that will be up kept by our staff. Note* our facility is non-smoking inside so please only smoke on the front or back patio.
Don’t bother with the laundry mat, a full-size walk-in utility room is off the back of the house for everyone’s convenience. This is a self-service, public access, washer & dryer room that all our guests can share.
