A comfortable accommodation with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Please note that the river is a shared area/space accessible by land host and other guests.

River View Tiny House sits on 6-acres of land that stretches across the banks of Merri River, where you can walk down the river banks to enjoy the peace and tranquil waters of the river. There, you can have wonderful picnics, a little barbeque, a couple of beers, and explore the place to yourself.

By Public transport: Warrnambool has a V-Line Rail Service from Melbourne & Geelong. Taxi to tiny home is 15 minutes.

- BBQ grill is also available upon request
- Kindly read check-in instructions carefully
- Strictly no check-in after 10PM
- No smoking inside or outside of the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- If you wish to paddle along the river, you can bring your kayak
- Please bring your firewood and firestarter to use the outdoor firepit
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge (from $50 to $199)
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house

- Breakfast includes granola, cereal, fresh fruit, 2x greek yogurt, orange juice, 1 milk, t2 and coffee, 2 spreads, 2x Jane Dough croissants, and more
- Farm activities such as our "Animal Petting Package "is available for an extra cost of $25 per person. Please advise contacting the land host 24 hours before arrival.
Important note:
- Please advise that there is an electric fence that separates the livestock
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Please take note that CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED on the property due to the unfenced river and electric fences in the area
- We do not advise driving down to the tiny house as you may damage your car or get bogged
- Start your adventure by using the trolley and torch to take your luggage down about 70 metres from the designated parking to your tiny house.
- Keep an eye out for snakes as the property is located in bushland (or grassland) areas. We advise that guests don’t wear toed shoes when walking outdoors
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our compost toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
