This beautiful property of 1.4 hectares is home to a farm (18th century) of 300m ² fully renovated with taste and modernity, which you can enjoy in all seasons (insulation, double glazing, underfloor heating, ...)
You can enjoy the pool to relax (10x5, buried & secured by a shutter), go out the ping-pong table for a frenzied party, go for a walk in the woods and look for mushrooms, pick some figs , walls or apples on trees ... In short, enjoy nature, space and calm.
A large terrace of 150 m² facing south-west will ensure you can enjoy the outdoors even in rainy weather. You can also settle there to see in the morning or at the end of the day rabbits and deer roaming on the edge of the woods.
As the house is relatively isolated and without vis-à-vis, to stretch out at dusk on the deckchairs and let yourself go to contemplate the starry sky is a real pleasure.
To ensure tranquility and privacy, the house has 6 bedrooms, 5 with double bed and 1 with 2 cots. There is the possibility of 3 extra beds (sofa bed 2 places + convertible 1 seat) + 1 cot available.
Accessibility:
The house is accessible by the A40 motorway, 5 minutes from exit 5.
I will give you all the necessary information before your stay.
You can park up to 15 cars in front of the house.

The property is located 2 minutes from the village with local shops (bank, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco) and a medical home.
The town of Bourg-en-Bresse is 10 minutes (restaurants, cinemas, supermarkets, shops, markets, ...)

This is an old farmhouse which offers 5 closed rooms and 2 dormitories with several beds to spend holidays with family or friends. You will be delighted by the setting of this renovated farmhouse in the heart of the greenery, in absolute calm, with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay.

Regarding the rooms, you will find 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. A bed is also possible in the living room (a sofa bed very comfortable is available.
Bedroom 1: Equipped with a double bed + A convertible armchair 1 place. A bathroom is right in front (sink + toilet)

Bedroom 4: Large bedroom equipped with a double bed + a desk with possibility to put a cot (made available)

Our 2 neighbors are charming and will advise you if necessary, we will make sure to leave you in the house all the useful information for your stay, and of course we will always be reachable by phone if necessary.
Depending on the length of your stay, the maintenance of the land and the pool can be done.

- At 10 minutes you will find La Plaine Tonic is a leisure base located 10 minutes from the house
- 15 minutes away is the lake of Bouvent with a nautical base (beach, windsurfing, running, park, ...) and its golf course (9 holes technical).
- 30 minutes away, is the Dombes with its countless ponds, its bird park in Villars-les-Dombes (a must for children) and its specialty restaurants: frog legs, Bresse chicken with morels ...
- At 35mn is Touroparc, zoo and attraction park

- At 10mn you will be in the medieval town center of Bourg-en-Bresse with its half-timbered houses and pretty streets.
- At 15 mn you can visit The church and the monastery of Brou (Voted favorite monuments of the French in 2014)
- At 20 minutes is the museum of Bresse where you can discover the rich heritage of the region and immerse yourself in the art of living from the 15th century to the present day.
- At 1H Lyon, the city of lights, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
- At 1:30 am are Annecy and Geneva (Switzerland).
