The home colors are warm and vibrant and comfort is the standard. The multitude of windows floods the space with natural light and views of the Delta which can be seen from the Master Suite, Family, and Dining rooms.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there's space to accommodate 6 adults. All 3 bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The Master Suite features a comfortable queen bed with a hypo-allergenic Down Comforter, an ensuite bath with a large shower, and a walk-in closet. The Master Suite has a private patio where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!
The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third, a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. Each bedroom is equipped with an HD TV and live streaming hosted by Roku. We will provide Eco-friendly towels!
The outdoor amenities are equally as spectacular! Fish right from the private floating U-dock or just lounge on the comfy patio while sipping on a cold or hot treat. There's even a non-wood-burning fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy a brilliant constellation from the backyard.
If you are bringing the little ones, let us know we will set out the toy chest with gender-friendly toys and the activity table with 2 chairs. Upon request, we can provide a booster seat and toddler sleeping cots (weight capacity 75 lbs ). In addition, we provide at no extra charge, toddler plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.
During your visit feel free to enjoy the television, board games, books, popcorn, Starbucks or Pete's coffee and tea, condiments, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing rods, and life vests.
BOAT LAUNCH: Are you bringing your own boat? If so, there is a boat launch less than 1 minute away from the property. The Sugar Barge Marina is located at 1440 Sugar Barge Road, Bethel Island, CA 800-795-4100. $15 to self-launch or $25 for valet launching.
ISLAND CAMP - Unlimited access from 6 am - 10 pm daily

There are also plenty of comfy corners to curl up with a book or swap stories with family & friends.
THE SWIM COMPLEX: The Camp’s main sparkling pool is suited for swimming laps or just splashing around with the kids. Little ones will enjoy the toddler pool, while adults can recharge in the hot tub or kick back in the cabanas and lounges that surround the main pool. Changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available for your convenience.
THE GAME PAVILION: The Game Pavilion is the ultimate indoor-outdoor fun zone complete with pool tables, ping-pong, bag toss, a wide range of family table games, and an epic view of the lagoon. The Game Pavilion is also home to a commercial event kitchen available to our guests for parties and festivities and gas BBQs with a gorgeous view overlooking the lagoon. THE DUFFY BOAT BAR: The Duffy Bar is a true treasure of the Island Camp. Created from a retired Duffy boat, complete with swings instead of bar stools, and located on a sandy corner of the Island Camp alongside the water, the Duffy Bar is the perfect place to soak up the Delta views with a cocktail in hand.
THE MOVEMENT STUDIO AND FITNESS CENTER: Inspired workouts are steps away from home at our fully equipped fitness facility, geared towards a new generation of active health seekers. Tone and strengthen with the latest cardio and free-weight equipment. Practice sunrise yoga or Pilates in the beautiful Movement Studio with views across the lagoon to Mount Diablo. Or go for a rigorous run on the groomed trail loop around the community.
