The water is about 4-5 feet deep at the dock and there is a 16-foot deep channel just beyond the dock making the waterfront ideal for swimming, fishing, and boating. Relax on the expansive deck and enjoy the call of the loon and peaceful sounds of nature in this serene location. Gather by a fire in the Solo Stove smokeless firepit, grill dinner on the gas grill, or play yard games such as cornhole, ladders, and bocce ball- all of which are provided!

From the moment you walk through the doors, you will immediately take notice of the living room's high ceilings, inviting color palette, and plush furnishings. Perfect for family movie nights, the living room boasts a large smart TV, an electric fireplace, and comfortable seating including a recliner couch. Steps from here, the well-appointed kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a large center island, and a sizable breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, gather as a family around the formal dining table for a memorable meal. The spacious open floor plan makes it easy to mingle with friends and family. The home's sleeping quarters are lined with ample natural lighting and soft linens, ensuring everyone's comfort. A private washer/dryer is also available inside. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
