This upper-level apartment sits near the center of the small town of Lubec, within walking distance of whale-watch excursions, restaurants, a brewery, a coffee shop, and the border crossing to Canada. You'll be less than three miles from Roosevelt Campobello International Park, four miles from Herring Cove Provincial Park, and less than six miles from the West Quoddy Head Lighthouse.
One of the special features of this duplex is its outdoor deck - a wonderful spot to sip your morning coffee, watch the passing fishermen and the tide come and go, and keep an eye out for seabirds, seals, and the occasional minke whale. Here, you'll also have a 270-degree view of the lovely Bay of Fundy.
