Kierland Commons, and Scottsdale quarter with all the shopping, dining, and spas are just 8 miles away. Paradise Valley is a quick drive south. Phoenix Mountain preserve is just 10 minutes away. Multiple golf courses are within 10-15 minute drives including TPC Golf, Orange tree, stone creek golf course and many more. For the nature lovers there are the Phoenix Sonoran preserve, McDowel Mountain regional park, Lake Pleasant regional park, and many more all within an hours drive or less. There are multiple trail heads nearby throughout the area, just be sure to bring plenty of water!

Living Space:
The front room has a quiet sitting area, with hardwood flooring. Light filled windows with wooden shutters. A lighted sand-sculpture table is the centerpiece of this room, surrounded by 4 slightly reclined wood and cloth chaises.
Further in brings you to the open air kitchen and living area, with a high angled ceiling, large sun drenched windows, and fully equipped modern kitchen. On the opposite wall of the kitchen sits a large HD T.V. flanked by an equally large leather sofa.
The Master Bedroom:
This room is flooded with natural light through several windows with cream colored shutters and soft curtains. The King sized Bed sits centrally opposite a large High Definition TV, flanked by end tables with lamps to either side. A southwestern style rug accents the hardwood floors. Overhead a ceiling fan keeps the cool air flowing.
The Bedrooms:
Each Bedroom has a queen sized bed sheathed in Brooklinen brand sheets, and Duvets. Hardwood floors and light earth tones accent the cream colored walls, with a ceiling fan over head.
The Kitchen:
Your culinary skills can easily be displayed on the granite counter tops of this fully stocked Kitchen and its new appliances. Functional as well as aesthetic, It is stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could need. You can feel at home making your favorite fare, or indulge in something unique for the occasion. After all, you are on vacation.
The Back Yard:
The Swimming pool with its crystal clear water is the centerpiece of this private yard. It is flanked by alternating lawn chairs and shrubs, and graced with the shade of a large tree in the corner of the property. As you enter from the sliding glass door from the kitchen you can easily access the gas grill on a stone shelf to hold your trays, food and condiments.
