Sure to excite any chef, the spacious kitchen is equipped with a full suite of updated appliances and ample meal prep space. When it's time to eat, the formal dining room lends itself to memorable family-style meals. Full and content, gather on the living room's plentiful seating and stream your favorite show, or engage in some playful competition over one of the provided board games. Perfect for remote work situations, Five Points Fabulous is equipped with 600Mbps high-speed internet, a work desk, and a comfortable desk chair.
The four bedrooms, equally inviting, are filled with natural lighting and have brand-new bedding and mattresses. Two of the four bedrooms even have personal TVs. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed there are three queen-sized air mattresses available. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer tie together the interior conveniences.
Outside, the private, fully fenced backyard provides a sunny spot for the little ones of the family to play. When exploring Jacksonville, you'll appreciate the home's proximity to the TIAA Arena and downtown's restaurants, shops, and bars.
