Escape into nature at our self-catering, spacious Diamond rated Villa caravan at Skipsea Sands, Parkdean Resort on the East Yorkshire Coast where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family, friends and pets!
Get back to nature in the open sea air and relax in true comfort in the modern facilities of this Villa caravan.
A beautiful caravan furnished to a high standard with a cosy and homely feel.
Sited on a fabulous holiday park next to the coastline and ideal for families.
The property has a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay, also gas central heating and double glazing.
Staying here allows you to access on-site facilities and it’s pet friendly too.
There is a charge for pets, maximum of 2 allowed. Cost - one pet £15, two £25.
There is an indoor swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment with a steam room, sauna and jacuzzi within the pool, a gym, bike hire and large sports hall, arcades. There is a Show bar/restaurant and children’s entertainment.
Bedding is optional.
Quilts and pillows are provided.
Please bring own quilt covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets and towels.
If you would like the beds made, this can be arranged, I would need to be informed and an extra charge will need to be made directly to me in advance.
As a self-catering caravan you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a dining table, full size fridge/freezer, a cooker/hob, a toaster, extras such as an air fryer, a mini oven and toasty maker! a kettle, also extras such as a tabletop electric grill! and a microwave.
This a perfect place to relax and has a television with DVD player, dvds and board games.
This caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6
In the master bedroom is a double bed, dressing table & wardrobes.
The second bedroom contains twin beds and a wardrobe.
There is additional sleeping space in the caravan comprising a double bed which is a pull out sofa bed.
Both the double beds now have mattress toppers added for extra comfort.
There is one bathroom, with a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Please note- Toilet rolls are NOT provided. Towels are NOT provided.
A hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are all included. A high chair and travel cot are available free on request.
Outdoor seating/sun loungers at the caravan for outdoor use (some stored inside).
A Laundrette is on site, fish and chips, ice cream, takeaway pizza, restaurant/bar and a shop.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.
- Smoking/recreational/vaping is not allowed inside the caravan.
- There are on-site parking facilities available free at the property next to the caravan.
- House trained, wormed, flea’d Pets are allowed at the property.
***All Site amenities close beginning of November to March, although the caravan is still available for hire throughout winter.
Passes are NOT included. Passes for using the facilities ie swimming pool and entertainment can be purchased on site from reception, there you will find information leaflets for nearby attractions.
Caravan rules-
Strictly NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING from the caravan.
Departure is up to 10am, to extend the stay by 1-2 hours an extra cost of £10 per hour is charged, to be paid directly to myself. This must be arranged in advance.
There is a damage/booking deposit of £100 paid directly to myself. This is fully refundable after checking the caravan.
The caravan site is close to the popular holiday destinations such as Bridlington, Hornsea also accessible to Filey and Scarborough.
All caravan facilities are well maintained to ensure my guests have the perfect stay!
If there are any unforeseen issues while at the caravan please let me know before telling others and I will ensure they are rectified.
