We look forward to hosting you & making your stay in Richmond a memorable one! Welcome to our cozy and inviting home located in the heart of Bon Air. Our beautifully decorated and fully equipped home provides a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to six guests. Boasting a private living room furnished with plush, ample seating, as well as a cozy futon couch that folds out into a double-sized bed with extra blankets and linens; a flat-screen Roku TV and access to the private balcony overlooking the woods. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area to enjoy meals with your loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and all the necessary cookware and utensils to get you started on your culinary adventures. There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a soft, queen-sized bed to ensure a good night’s rest, as well as a dresser, two nightstands, and a USB charging alarm clock. The smaller bedroom has one closet, while the master bedroom contains two closets, and a desk for your laptop needs. Fresh, clean linens are provided. In addition to the indoor space, our home offers a beautiful balcony area with a wooded view to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds chirp; accessible from the primary bedroom and the living room. Our home also boasts a spacious full bathroom with a double sink vanity with a partition wall separating the sink from the toilet and shower combined with a tub. Towels provided. There is a free washer and dryer accessible to guests; located in the laundry area between the bedrooms.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, this rental is just minutes away from local attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. The neighborhood is equipped with a playground for kids, as well as a public hot tub and a public pool that are available during the summer months only. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our condo is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Richmond! Guests have access to the entirety of the condo with the exception of a hospitality closet with our restocking supplies. The neighborhood has a large playground, pool, and hot tub available to all the residents. The pool and hot tub are only available during the warm seasons. Pool access is gained via a key fob located in the unit. If you need any recommendations or help navigating the area, we are happy to help.

Although there is a fireplace within the condo, it is NOT to be utilized by guests, as it is not usable. We are available via messenger, call or text. Please, do not hesitate to contact us anytime during your stay for any reason.
Our condo is located in the Huguenot area of Richmond, Virginia within the Rolling Hill at Bon Air neighborhood. Huguenot is a primarily residential area, with many single-family homes and townhouses. The neighborhood is known for its quiet, tree-lined streets, making it a great place to take a walk or bike ride. The area around our condo is also home to several parks and recreational areas, including Huguenot Park, which offers trails, picnic areas, and a pond for fishing. Nearby, you can also find the James River Park System, which provides even more opportunities for outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and mountain biking with scenic trails and beautiful views perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. In terms of amenities, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants within a short drive of our home, including a Walmart Supercenter, Target, and Trader Joe's. The Stony Point Fashion Park is only a few minutes away and offers a variety of upscale shopping and dining options. The neighborhood is also conveniently located near major roads like the Powhite Parkway and the Midlothian Turnpike, making it easy to get around the Richmond area. There is ONE allocated parking spot for this unit. It is right in front of the condo and numbered. Also, there are usually plenty of open visitor spots around the neighborhood, but they might be farther away from the condo.
