The home is located in a quiet cul de sac about one minute off the main highway.
The space boasts an open floor plan, with a massive kitchen, living and dining area on the upper floor. A gas fireplace, and ceiling fan along with vaulted ceilings create an inviting and airy atmosphere.
The home is equipped with high-end appliances including a gas and induction stove, oven, dishwasher, separate freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more.
Modern design and furnishings are well thought out with comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities plus extras.
Off the front and back of the main living area you will find two separate patios. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front deck, or spend your evenings on the expansive private deck in the back. Complete with comfortable furniture, a fire table, as well as a BBQ at your disposal. The deck is backed by plenty of foliage and trees ensuring utmost privacy. Your furry friends will also be safe in the fully fenced backyard. There is access to a bonus third seating area in the back of the yard on a raised wood platform. The perfect area to escape with a good book.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the home. It is a huge room with a king size bed, floor length mirrors, a spacious closet and a spa like ensuite bathroom complete with rainforest shower and an extra deep bathtub.
The second bedroom is also located on the upper floor. It includes a bunk bed with a twin bed on top, and a double bed on the bottom. Floor length mirrors and a closet provide plenty of room for personal items. This room also provides a study or work space with a small desk and chair.
The second floor also has a second full bathroom off the main living area and next to the second bedroom.
The lower floor main entry is equipped with hooks for jackets as well as a large closet.
The third bedroom is also located on the lower floor and includes a double bed and armoire for clothing. No closet in this third bedroom. If needed, the entry closet could easily be utilized by guests in this third room.
