** Pool Heating **
Pool heating is available! There is a $300 fee per your stay. Please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees.

Our home is the perfect spot to enjoy time together in Vegas on and off the Strip. We have everything that you need to make your stay super relaxing and fun. We do have a brand new charcoal grill that can be used by our guests. Outside of our amazing amenities in our home, you’ll love spending time in our amazing backyard hangout area featuring a sparkling pool! Pool heating is available upon request for only $300 for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival if you would like this turned on.

-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins with a fee of $145-$270 / late check-outs at $85-$245, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
