Only steps to the sand, or a short stroll north to the Anahola River and a short walk south to Anahola Beach Park where the waters are gentle. Centrally located and only 13 miles from Lihue airport, Anahola Beach is a sandy bottom beach perfect for swimming and surfing. withTide pools and snorkeling areas located a short walk to each end of the bay, The home is within easy driving distance of restaurants, golf, shopping and theaters, and a slice of paradise for you to sun, surf, swim, snorkel, fish, and hike. It's like you've gone to unspoiled Kaua'i, yet only a few miles to Kapa'a, a little father to Poipu, and north to Kilauea and Princeville.
Anahola Beach House is large where it matters. Where your family and friends can spaciously spend time together. A huge 'great' area, where 20 people can comfortably share each others company in the Living Room, along with 4 bar stools perched at the large kitchen counter, with a dining table that comfortably seats 20 people, This is like coming home to the large 'plantation' house of your grandparents. A spacious home designed for your family and friends to 'not' feel like sardines. A grand old house, that when you enter, you know you're home and where relaxing is easy. A 'laid back' place and a rejuvenating and soul restoring jewel.

This spacious and well designed 5 bedroom / 6 baths ((( 4 bedrooms w/ private baths give guests privacy and intimacy) ( 6 beds & 2 queen sofa beds, 8 beds total)) can comfortably sleep 12 guests. The Living Room holds 20 guests in oversized chairs & a few recliners, and another 20 at the adjacent 16 ft. long dining table and 4 more guests at the kitchen island.
We have 1 surfboard, 16+ boogie boards, snorkeling gear (masks, fins, tubes), blow up water toys, beach umbrella and 6 beach chairs.
And an assortment of infant and children's things, so you won't have to lug around strollers, car seats, 'Porta' cribs, etc. We are constantly adding to our collection of infant, children, and beach going stuff. We wish to make your stay amazing.
With parking for approximately 6 vehicles, it's a great family, event, or retreat destination, such as Weddings, Anniversaries, birthdays and celebrations of life.
Watch for playful dolphins and whales (fromNovember to April)and the occasional sailboat and cruise ship beyond the offshore reef.
With new air conditioning, new flooring, lighting, fiestaware, new cookware and silverware, upgraded furniture, bedding, and mini fridges in every room, makes this a lovely home for a wonderful vacation in paradise.
**Colorful historic Kapa'a is about a 10 minute drive south where you'll find art galleries, live music, shops and a wide variety of cuisine including fresh seafood, Italian, Japanese, Pacific Rim, Chinese, Mexican and vegetarian.
It's in the Island's tsunami zone due to its location on the golden sands of Anahola Beach.
NOTE::: Anahola is a Hawaiian neighborhood & Anahola Beach is a public beach. That is why we like it.

Anahola Beach tolerates autos driving on the beach and cars on their way to the beach, more so around sunset, drive past by the Anahola Beach House, to say goodbye to the day and sometimes stereos can be heard. There are some campers, / homeless on the miles of beach, which is not permitted.
Anahola Beach House is Clean Air Home. Please, no Smoking, vaping, incense or scented candles, or any other smoke emitting or scent emitting activity of any kind home. All smoking, vaping, burning, or scents (candles or incense), etc. must be done outside of the home. Thanks for your understanding.

We were extremely fortunate to acquire the Anatolia Beach House on August 24, 2022. There were existing guests who departed the last week in September. Since then, we've replaced the carpets with tile, installed new air conditioning,, solar panels& batteries (to keep power on during power failures), New 'Cambria' kitchen counters, added new organic cotton linens, new dishes (Fiestaware) silverware and cookware, new furniture, Improved the landscaping and fencing.
