This home is located at the valley's north end, in a neighborhood that sits right alongside the Sonoran Preserve and the hiking trails that traverse it. You'll be less than a mile from an assortment of dining and shopping, less than three miles from the Dove Valley Ranch Golf Club, and only 12 miles from gorgeous Pinnacle Peak Park and the WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale.
Whether you spend your days golfing or catching some Cactus League baseball action, the fenced backyard provides a great spot to unwind. It's the perfect place to take a dip, refine your putting stroke, and cozy up by the firepit at sunset.
Inside, the refined living space is full of sunlight, with central air and high-speed WiFi running throughout. Enjoy a polished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room with ample space for family dinners and nightly board games, and a living room with comfortable furnishings and a smart TV. (The wood-burning fireplace is not operational.) There's also an inviting den where you can stretch out with another smart TV and an electric fireplace.
