This beautiful home has plenty of space to spread out and is perfectly outfitted with all of the amenities so you never need to leave!
Downstairs ~
Walk in to a spacious game room equipped with a pool table, comfortable seating area and TV. Pass through the game room into the expansive kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and pantry. This kitchen is expertly outfitted with everything you will need to feel right at home including both drip and Keurig coffee makers. This space also has a large dining table with seating for 10, a sectional sofa with a large TV and views of the resort-like backyard. There is a second fridge located in the closet across from the downstairs bathroom to keep your beverages cold and ready to go. This home has one bedroom and one full bathroom with a stall shower located on the main floor as well.
Upstairs ~
At the top of the stairs you will find the Primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony to watch the sunsets. There are three more bedrooms and an additional two full bathrooms upstairs, along with the laundry room.
Sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests ~
All bedrooms are equipped with TV`s, ceiling fans and King Beds! All of the bedrooms are well furnished with attractive furniture and provide storage space for all of your belongings.
Primary Bedroom (upstairs): King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, garden tub, stall shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the backyard and has city light views at night.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs): Two King beds, en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a walk-in closet. This bedroom overlooks the backyard.
Bedroom 3 (upstairs): King bed, shares the third bathroom located in the hallway between bedrooms 3 and 4 with Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): King bed, shares the third bathroom located in the hallway between bedrooms 3 and 4 with Bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed, en-suite bathroom. Shares bathroom with guests, as there is a door that connects to the hallway.
Outside ~
Outside you will find a relaxation paradise. A dining table with seating for ten is located just steps outside the back door. There is also a built-in bar and grill with a patio TV, along with multiple firepits and seating areas for all. High quality lounge chairs will keep you comfortable in between dips in the swimming pool with optional pool heat. This home has games galore, in addition to the pool table and board games inside the house, there is a Bocce ball court, corn hole games and mountain bikes for outdoor enjoyment.
The swimming pool can be heated for $75/day.

Don't forget to check out the Salt River and our favorite lakes: Canyon and Saguaro.
Parking ~
Parking is limited to three cars, there are 2 garage spaces available along with one in the driveway. The HOA is very strict and does not allow trailers, commercial vehicles or RV's of any kind. Please no street parking.
