It is a 5 Bedroom, 4 Full Bath & 1 Half Bath new build completed in November, 2024 in the West Bank gated community. Large Group? No Problem, plenty of room and parking. Jump in the swimming pool after a day on the saltwater (Please rinse off before jumping in, and there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY). Lots to offer in this brand new rental for the adults and kids! Pool, Hot Tub, shop loaded with: poker table, video game console, corn hole setup, commercial ice machine, extra fridge for beverages and a Fridge/Freezer designated for your fish and birds. Outdoor fire pit and bar B Q Grill. Attention to detail at every turn this home will be one of the most popular rentals we offer so book early and often! Note check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. Outdoor and Garage Cameras in Use. Note Red Drum POC is right NEXT DOOR to Fish Stories POC so rent one of both! The care and attention to detail by this owner is sure to impress! * Chilled Pool included but for an extra nightly charge of $30 we can Heat Pool Water and takes 4 hours to heat up.

Dual Coffee Pot: Keurig and Brew. There are several pods, ground coffee and condiments to get you started.
Please bring your personal toiletries. There is shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in all the showers.
Back Porch has a beautiful Pool with Hot Tub, Gas Grill with propane piped in from underground tank - no need to tote propane bottles, and Lots of Outdoor Seating. (Just remember there is No Lifeguard On Duty)
Garage has a Freezer for your fish and a Refrigerator for your convenience, a Banquet Table with 6 chairs, Game Table and a Commercial Ice Machine. Not to mention the Atari Video Game - Free Play of Course
