Inside, you'll find a comfortable and welcoming space that can accommodate up to 6 adults and their dependent children. You'll have all the essentials you need to make your stay a comfortable one, including a start-up supply of household items like laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
House Rules:
Please note that pool and landscape vendors will have access to the backyard once per week, with pool service occurring every Thursday. Service days are subject to change and may occur up to twice a week. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am, and events, parties, and gatherings of any kind are prohibited. Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems and monitors on the exterior of the property.
Pets are considered for a non-refundable fee of $200 per pet.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
Per city ordinance, we have noise-aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction.

A. For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is on the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 10 min drive to Old Town. Most rentals in Old Town area are condos or resort style hotels.

A. Most people fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor. This is about 25 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you are flying private into Scottsdale Airport you are only about 20 minutes away.
