Living Room - Main Level
Our main living room emphasizes a warm and cohesive atmosphere where everyone can gather for a lovely fireside chat. Here, you’ll find many natural elements - wood, stone, plants, etc. incorporated with a relaxing yet modern opened floor plan with visibility into the dining and kitchen room areas. The interior decor is elegant and contemporary. The room features a stone fireplace, a modern centerpiece coffee table, surrounded by a comfortable sectional sofa with multiple decorative pillows, a side-table, and a throw. It also features a mid-century flower-patterned accent chair. Several other decorative arrangements exist to tie in the dining and kitchen rooms.
Family Room - Ground Level
It is a great place if you have children because the downstairs area is where kids could play or watch TV without interference from adults, and of course, that goes both ways. The family room is a relaxing and fun space that can be enjoyed by the entire family. The room features a large screen smart TV, making it a perfect place to chat and hang out. The room is also designed to be kid-friendly where we have toys, books, board games, and puzzles for them to enjoy!

The dining room features a natural oak finished wood framed dining table with a glass centerpiece, accompanied by a matching bench and 3 black Vecchia and white leather dining chairs that can seat up to 6 people. The room is lit by four-cam ceiling lights and a four-bulb farmhouse linear light fixture. Also enhancing the dining room is a large centerpiece China cabinet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is an integral part of the house, so we want to make sure we are providing you with a functioning kitchen. Here in the kitchen, you’ll find - a set of non-stick pots and pans, cooking utensils, strainer/colander, cooking shears, cooking stove, fridge, microwave, oven, cutting boards, dining ware set, and a Keurig coffee maker. Please feel free to have a morning coffee and breakfast in the kitchen nook in front of a large, oversized window.
Outdoor
The backyard offers plenty of playing ground in a beautiful two-tiered landscape year, sectioned by a large wining retaining wall with steps in two sections for the wall. There is also a large oversized upper and lower deck with a Green Egg BBQ grill. The backyard also features a connecting patio, with firepit and gazebo and charming string lights that lit up at night. Right above the gazebo. So please feel free to have a morning coffee on the back deck or patio or host a barbecue party in the evening and enjoy your afternoons with wine or spirits.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS: Our house is equipped with an active outdoor security system for your safety, including three outdoor cameras. One camera on the front door and two cameras in the backyard that are always enabled.

Kindly note that this house is located in hotter climate (Georgia). Bug and insects are active in hot weather. We do have pest control to mitigate the problem. However, due to the insects being outside rather inside the house, please keep all the doors closed to mitigate the problem.
If you have any allergies or other health issues, please be advised that we are not responsible for any issues that might arise due to your health. The house is professionally cleaned. However, dust or residue might still exist. Please book at your own discretion.
