In a prime central Palm Springs location, walking distance to the best uptown galleries and restaurants, Casa de Mayo is an ideal Palm Springs vacation home. Comfy, cozy and private, with lots of ranch style, this 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom nearly 2,000 square foot home has everything you’ll need for a quick desert getaway, or an extended vacation.
From the covered Front Porch, you can sit and enjoy the mountain view to the West. To the right of the Entry Hall, the Living Room welcomes guests with a large stacked brick fireplace and equally impressive hacienda style chandelier. The sofa and lounge seating all faces the fireplace and HDTV. The Dining Area utilizes a generously sized long table with bench and chair seating, and is open to the Living Room, Kitchen and outdoor Living Room, as well as picture windows to the swimming pool.
The large open Kitchen is the perfect place for cooking, mixing drinks and putting your guests to work, all while interacting with the other rooms. The Kitchen features a gas range with pot filler, butcher block top island, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space.
On your way to the back yard and pool, you’ll pass through the outdoor Living Room with lounge seating, a fireplace, and wine refrigerator. This all faces out to the sparkling blue swimming pool and spa, with lounge chairs, umbrella, barbecue grill and dining table, and tons of privacy hedges. There’s also convenient access to the Guest Bathroom from the pool area, as well as private patio just off the Master Bedroom. And there’s even a grassy area for Fido!
There is great separation of the bedrooms with the closets thoughtfully placed between them so everyone gets a quiet “good bedroom.” Just off the entryway, to the left is the first Guest Bedroom, with double doors, a comfortable Queen sized bed, HDTV and plenty of closet space. Down the hallway is the tastefully appointed Guest Bathroom, with tub/shower, laundry machines and doorway to the pool. At the end of the hall on the left is the second Guest Bedroom with Queen size bed, HDTV and nice ambient light through two windows.
Last but not least is the Master Suite, with a big comfortable King size bed, HDTV, direct access to the pool and spa through the private patio, and a huge private bathroom with dressing area, dual sinks, roomy walk-in shower, heated towel bars and plenty of closet space for longer stays. No cats are allowed.
With such awesome location, comfortable furnishings and all these amenities, Casa de Mayo is exactly what you’ve been looking for. Book it before someone else does!
