On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with direct access to the front patio of the house, as well as the kitchen, which is fully equipped. On this floor there are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the upper floor we find the bedroom suite, with its own bathroom, and the remaining bedroom.
At the back of the house there is a newly built swimming pool, as well as a furnished porch to enjoy the warmer days.
The beach is less than two minutes walking, and additionally, a few minutes away is the Passeig Marítim de Coma-Ruga, where one can find a great variety of restaurants and bars, as well as being able to enjoy a pleasant walk at any time of the day.
