Walk to 10 Barrel Eastside and enjoy a brew and pizza with your pup on the patio!
The Space:
This home is a 3-bedroom 2.5-bathroom two-story home. This home is perfect for families as it right next to Canal Row Park. The neighborhood this home is located in is quiet and peaceful. Quiet Canyon will feel like your home away from home!
When you first walk up to the home you are greeted with a small porch that has 2 chairs and a screen door so you can let the air in and not the bugs! When you enter the home on the left will be the stairs that take you to the bedrooms and on the right is a spacious living room. There is a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable seating. On the right of the fireplace is a bookshelf completely packed with books so you can curl up with some tea and coffee while reading a book and relax.
The kitchen and dining room are an open concept. The dining room table can fit up to 6 people and there's an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar area. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops and large pantry. It is fully equipped with anything you might need to make your stay more comfortable as well as a full-size refrigerator, a gas stove, built in microwave, a dishwasher, and a Keurig machine as well as a drip coffee machine. It has all the utensils and dinnerware you will need during your stay!
Upstairs in the master bedroom you will have a king sized bed, a large dresser, and a huge walk in closet. The master bedroom has his and hers sinks as well as a standing shower. This room also has an amazing view of the park. The other two bedroom have queen beds in them as well as plenty of closet space as well. One of the two queen rooms has a dresser for extra storage. Both of these rooms have a great view of the backyard. The bathroom these two rooms share has a shower/tub combo.
Also, upstairs is the loft. In it you will find a massive TV that has a DVD player as well as a couple movies. Relax on the comfortable leather sectional and watch your favorite movie. the loft also has some toys for the kids and a desk for your laptop.
The backyard is fully fenced in, so you don't have to worry about your kids and/or your digs getting out. The back porch area is completely covered and has a small outdoor seating area as well as a gas BBQ. Let your kids play around the backyard as you grill up a delicious dinner. Or walk over to the park and enjoy it there. This home truly is in the perfect location!

Walkable to 10 Barrel Eastside for great food and fantastic beer! It really is in the premier location for a vacationer to experience the beautiful city of Bend. It is also within easy driving distance to shopping in the Old Mill District, dozens of breweries, mountain bike and running trails, Mount Bachelor (40 min), and comes with free on-site parking. The many famous reasons for visiting Bend are all within a short distance from this home: 10 Barrel Brewing, Deschutes Brewery, fantastic restaurants, Bond & Wall Streets, the parks, hiking, outdoor concerts, mountain biking, rock climbing, skiing, kayaking and so much more.
Hit the slopes with your skis or snowboard in 30-minutes at the Mount Bachelor ski resort. Take the kids to a snow hill for some sledding or grab your snowshoes and get outdoors. In the summer enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, or Bend’s favorite pastime- floating the river.
