ABOUT THE HOME: Clean and inviting vacation home in the northwest Denver suburbs of Arvada. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1/2 bath and private office on the main floor. Open living room and kitchen. The primary bedroom currently has a regular queen mattress and bedroom but can be converted to be used for a children's room with up to 4 floor mattresses upon request. Please note: there is a photo showing the floor matts but there will be a regular bed set up when you arrive. You must request the kid's floor mat setup prior to your arrival. This bedroom also contains a large bathroom with shower and double sinks. The two additional bedrooms each have a queen bed in them. There is a bathroom across the hall from these two bedrooms. Beds are memory foam. Pillows are a combination of beauty rest and memory foam.
There is a very small side yard that is not really accessible for recreation or leisure. On the other side of the fenced yard is the community playground. This is your primary view from the windows and the sliding door in the dining/living room.
SECURITY
There are three security cameras on the perimeter of the home for safety and security. By renting the home you agree not to tamper with the cameras, the camera base system, or the internet. They are placed in the following locations:
1: above the front door facing the porch and public sidewalk
2: above the side sliding door facing the public playground
3: above the garage facing the public street
THE COMMUNITY
There is a train 200-300 yards away at the end of the community, but the home is well insulated and the sound/disruption seems to be minimal. It's also pretty cool to watch the train coming and going into the mountains and can be accessed with a very short walk to the end of the sidewalk.
There are several parks, restaurants and a salon in the neighborhood within walking distance, including one that overlooks a view of both Standley Lake and a view of the mountains.
The community is small and relatively new, quiet, and family-friendly neighborhood. Please be kind and respectful and know that parties, noise and unruly or disruptive behavior are grounds for immediate removal from the property.
