The Space:
This countryside family-style apartment is located in Puigcerdà, about 2 hours north of the Barcelona airport and just a 6-minute drive to the quaint local town where you’ll find markets, eateries, cafes, and shops. Guests at the apartment can enjoy hiking and cycling nearby, or make the most of the lovely garden.

- An open living space that gets great natural light via the windows that also expose wonderful mountain views. An ideal place for together time to fully interact with your crew.
- A built-in dining area that can seat 8-9 for at-home meals and good dining conversation.
- A fully-equipped kitchen and all you'd need to prepare a home-cooked meal like a refrigerator/freezer, gas oven & stovetop, microwave, an Italian coffee maker (filter) & a Dolce Gusto machine.
- 4 furnished bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a half bath to accommodate up to 9 guests as such:

The apartment is located in the capital of the Catalan comarca of Cerdanya, in the province of Girona, Catalonia in northern Spain, just 2 km/1.24 miles south of the French border. Puigcerdà is the largest town in the valley dating back to the 12th century. Today, the town is essentially a way station, but it’s a very merry one! There are nice shops and restaurants, a friendly vibe, and a lovely lake. It often serves as a base by skiers during the winter season and buzzing with hikers in summer. A dozen Spanish, Andorran, and French ski resorts surround the place in this beautiful mountainous area.
You’ll have a spacious, well-lit apartment on the 2nd floor with lovely lake and mountain views. It’s a self-catering accommodation with all you need to kick back and relax after a long day of mountain activity or to recharge for the following day of activity ahead!

The apartment is 1 hour and 50 minutes by car (103 miles/165 km) from the Josep Tarradellas (Barcelona) Airport. There is also bus and train service from Barcelona Airport to Puigcerdà.
The apartment is located just a 6-minute drive or 10 min walk (.86 miles/1.4 km) north of the quait local town of Puigcerdà where you’ll find eateries, grocery markets, and shops.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Small pets are allowed at the property with prior approval and may incur a fee. They may not sleep in the beds.
All food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, cooking oils, boxed food, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a market in town or on your way from the airport to the apartment.
Lastly, it’s important for us to note that we’d had mentions in the past about our sofa in the living area being a bit uncomfortable and the television stations are only our national basic cable stations. We do apologize in advance for these inconveniences.
Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.
Subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation, there is also a 0.99€ local tourist fee payable on arrival, per guest, per night.
Please note that the cot/crib is available upon request with an additional charge of 10EUR per stay.
A security deposit of €200 is required at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid in cash at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
The property has central heating for the winter months.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 350 euros penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- An extra charge of 40 euros per additional hour will apply for arrivals after 10:00 pm.
Interaction with Guests:
Check-in time starts at 4 pm. Please proceed directly to the apartment address and someone will meet you there to let you in and show you around and provide you the keys. If you’ll be arriving after 10 pm, just note it is 40 extra euros per hour for any check-in after 10:00 pm.
