PT Ranch is a unique gem in Naples, FL, offering your large family a chance to reconnect with nature while enjoying our many amenities. Experience up-close encounters with wildlife, including goats, ducks, birds, roosters, hens, and chickens. Start your day with fresh eggs collected from the hens' nest and savor your coffee on the balcony while taking in the stunning views. We provide bicycles and ATVs for added adventure. In the evening, gather around our large fireplace under a starry sky and soft night lights for a perfect night. Our cave, which is a bar & karaoke/game room, featuring cozy sofas, and both pool and ping-pong tables, is the perfect spot for music, fun, and relaxation. READ IMPORTANT:
Please be aware that there are staff members who reside on the property in trailers located in a secluded area far from view. These employees are responsible for feeding and caring for the animals, as well as maintaining the ranch and grounds. They are available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay while ensuring your privacy is respected at all times.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Certain amenities, including personal encounters with animals, golf cart and ATV use, are available to guests for an additional charge. These activities, as well as bonfires, must be requested at least an hour and a half in advance to allow employees time to prepare. A waiver acknowledging that these activities are undertaken at your own risk must be signed beforehand. For any questions, concerns, or requests, please contact the main host.
THE SPACE:
This spacious two-story home offers plenty of parking and a variety of accommodations. The first floor features a large living area that doubles as a bedroom, complete with a queen bunk bed, two additional queen beds, a couch, a full kitchen with a small dining table, and a full bathroom with pool access. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is part of the master suite. The second floor also includes a full kitchen, dining room, a large living room with two queen sofa beds, and a sizable outdoor wooden table perfect for enjoying meals with stunning views.
Outside, there's a large heated swimming pool and an open tent with an outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas grill and ceiling fans to keep you cool while you enjoy the South Florida weather. The "Cave of Fun" features several sectional sofas, including sleeping sofas, and a full bathroom. Additionally, there are two small houses located a bit away from the main house, each with a sofa bed and a TV.
PT Ranch is the ideal home for any occasion, offering a peaceful oasis close to everything you could want. The grounds are perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of Florida's natural wildlife. Relax outdoors and you might spot a variety of birds, such as Bluejays, Red Cardinals, Woodpeckers, wild ducks, and even Peacocks. Other wildlife includes iguanas, turtles, frogs, rabbits, and more.

PT Ranch is an ideal venue for your next special occasion, whether it's a wedding, Sweet 16, Birthdays, corporate retreat, or religious gathering. IMPORTANT: All events at the property must be coordinated through us. Outside vendors are not permitted on the premises without our approval. Reach out to us for details on hosting your event at PT Ranch and using the entire property! Please contact us for more information on event pricing.
PT Ranch Event Guidelines:
Please note that the cost of booking the house is separate from the event fee. A minimum stay of three nights is required for vacation rentals that include an event booking.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge of $100 per person per night after the 15th guest.
You must obtain prior authorization if you plan to have more than five visitors at the home at any given time who are not listed on the reservation.
Anyone present at the house after 11:59 PM is considered an overnight guest unless previously disclosed and approved during your reservation. If you plan to have overnight guests not included in your initial reservation, please inform us immediately.
Check-in is between 4 PM and 10 PM, please let our main host know your estimated time of arrival.
PETS: A maximum of two dogs or pets are allowed on the property. A nonrefundable pet fee of $150 will be charged. Guests are required to clean up after their pets using the waste disposal bags provided. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing any animals.
Please note that there are operational security cameras in the outdoor areas of the property.
Guest access:
The entrance to the ranch is private and gated. Upon arrival, guests can press the call button to open the gate. The main host or one of our employees can meet you at the entrance to give you a tour of the property and provide details. If you prefer to schedule the property tour for a different time, please inform the main host so we can arrange the most convenient time for you.
You have access to the entire property, but there are certain areas restricted to staff only or those containing animals, which can only be accessed with supervision from our team. Signs will indicate these restricted areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting these restrictions.
Other things to note:
Please be aware that we have several groundskeepers residing on-site in separate trailers. They are responsible for caring for the animals on the property.
Daily cleaning available upon request for $200 extra charge.
We are not responsible for the safety of your guests or children while using the pool. Please use the pool responsibly and at your own risk.
